Habit Building: Our REPEATABLE SOLUTION

Now individual coaches have a dependable, scientifically designed method to help clients change their behavior and habits.

OurClub.tech is a brand within The VARI Group LLC family.  The VARI Group began by offering corporations and universities an organizational development methodology, the Science of Pure Performance®. Focused on measurable performance improvement,  it provided tools for changing people, process, and technology.

The challenge was that, although organizations have repeatable solutions for changing technologies and changing business processes, no reliable, scalable process existed for changing people. As a trained social psychologist I pivoted the company to build a robust, repeatable solution for people change and obtained a patent for it (US patent 10,249,212). We considered this to be the first scientifically-designed technology to reliably change human behavior, and incorporated it into the PerfectCoaches® app with the tagline “Building Habits is our Business.”

As we began using LinkedIn to introduce PerfectCoaches, we discovered that approximately 4.7 million members mention coaching in their profile. So we posed the next logical question: Why should the method only be used for organizational change?  Why not provide this repeatable solution for behavioral change to coaches?  The OurClub.tech business platform was designed to accomplish that goal and also foster innovation and provide a sense of belonging for coaches using the app with their clients.

What is a repeatable solution? A repeatable solution is a method or process that can be consistently applied to achieve the same desired outcome each time. It’s like a recipe or a standardized procedure that can be followed repeatedly to address a common problem or task. The key characteristics include:

  • Standardization:
Repeatable solutions involve standardizing the work involved to ensure consistent results.
  • Replicability:
They are designed to be replicated or applied in various settings or contexts.
  • Efficiency:
By using repeatable solutions, organizations can save time, effort, and resources by avoiding having to reinvent the wheel each time a similar problem arises.
  • Scalability:
Repeatable solutions can be scaled up or down as needed, making them suitable for different organizational sizes and needs.
