The VARI Group LLC was established to offer corporations and universities an organizational development methodology, the Science of Pure Performance, for changing people, process, and technology. The main challenge was this. Although there are repeatable solutions for changing technology and changing process, there was no such solution for changing people. So we pivoted to build and patent (US patent 10,249,212) a robust, repeatable solution for people change. We branded this, the first scalable technology to reliably change human behavior, PerfectCoaches with the tagline “Building Habits is our Business.”
As we introduced PerfectCoaches on LinkedIn, we became aware that there are an estimated 4.7 million LinkedIn members who have the word coaching in their profile. So that professional coaches could also take advantage of a repeatable solution for helping their clients change, we created OurClub.tech as a D/B/A (Doing Business As) brand of The VARI Group LLC.
